Plans for a DIY Sheet Metal Bender

Hello everyone,

Here you get the plans for my awesome DIY sheet metal bender, which you can see on my YouTube channel www.youtube.com/c/themetalist . The plans are available as a PDF with 5 pages and images.

With this bender you can bend metal with a length of 750 mm. You can also enlarge it to 1 meter. The maximum thickness of the steel should be no more than 1.5-2 mm. For aluminum you can change the clamping angle with a different radius (2.5 mm) to bend 3 mm.

It is a very versatile sheet metal bender. All dimensions are in metric. These plans are for personal use only.
